Pricing

All prices are agreed in advance in writing.

Prices displayed in email correspondence are inclusive of 5% VAT.

The work will only begin working once we have received your payment in full, or in part, where an instalment plan has been previously agreed in writing.

 

Payments

All payments are completed via our merchant account: Stripe. All payments are PCI compliant.

Payments are to be settled in AED or USD.

 

Cancellation and Returns Policy

We do not provide a right of cancellation once payment has been made, as the work will begin immediately.

As you a purchasing a bespoke digital product, we do not offer a returns policy.

 

Refund Policy

As the work we provide is bespoke and tailored to your own specifications, all work provided by us is non-refundable.

In the instance that your request cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be granted. Refunds can only be made to the card used to make the original payment.
